Management of large sometimes multi-sited departments, through change together with financial systems development are a speciality. In addition to developing financial and management reporting, experience has been gained in preparation of annual statutory accounts under IFRS.

In addition, indirect tax planning techniques experience has delivered significant cashflow improvements together with a developing program of review and assessment for the EU VAT changes due to commence in 2010.

Project planning capabilities have been utilised in introducing automated Purchase to Pay (P2P) cycles by implementing system-generated purchase order process initiatives as well developing Business Process Offshoring (BPO) transition plans.

Process review and improvement plans agreed with timescales and benefits (financial and operational) are a primary deliverable.
